According to the delivery Location there may be local taxes and duties for your order. Unistylogy calculates these fees for you: the exact amount of local taxes and duties for your order will be indicated in the Shopping Bag and throughout Checkout. The total you pay when you complete your order already includes all duties and taxes owed to local authorities. You will not need to pay any further fees when the package is delivered.

Import duties and local taxes are added at checkout. You will have no extra costs at delivery.
UPS is our courier for all shipments, except for Hong Kong, SAR of China where we ship with S.F. Express, and Australia where we ship with DHL. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Hong Kong, SAR of China distribution center, approx. 2-3 business days from order date.

Our warehouse is closed for these Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

 

Order Shipping Policy

SF Express – Free or chargeable shipping
A. Free shipping will be provided for orders over USD$250 (net price).
B. If the order amount is less than USD$250 (calculated at the discounted price), the customer needs to pay USD$16 shipping fee

Precautions
We will use SF Express service, and customers can choose to deliver to business or residential addresses; customers can also choose SF Station, EF Locker, or convenience store (SF service point). When checking out, the customer must fill in the correct recipient information in the "delivery address" column on the page, so that we can arrange the delivery and deliver the goods to the place designated by the customer on time. The company is not responsible for any information errors that cause delays or incur any additional charges.

If the customer requires delivery to SF Station, EF Locker or Convenience Store, please select the correct SF Station / EF Locker / Convenience Store number and address in the delivery method. It is recommended to click here to check the number and address of the latest pickup point on the official website of SF Express.

The delivery address is the order of the EF Locker: After the goods arrive at the Smart Locker, SF Express will send a text message to notify the recipient to pick up the item. If the package cannot be picked up within the time limit, SF Express will charge the recipient an additional fee, and the company is not responsible.

Orders whose delivery address is a self-pickup point: If the goods cannot be delivered to the designated self-pickup point for any reason, SF Express will forward the goods to a nearby service point without prior notice. Orders from overseas regions

1. The local customs may charge the recipient with relevant taxes and surcharges, and the company is not responsible for the relevant fees.

2. The local post office generally only provides one delivery service. In case of failure to deliver under any circumstances, the goods will be forwarded to a nearby post office or pick-up point, and customers can contact the local post office through the waybill number to arrange pick-up.

Notes and terms:
When checking out, the customer must fill in the correct recipient information and local contact number in the "Delivery Address" column on the page, so that we can arrange the delivery and deliver the goods to the place designated by the customer on time.

If the goods are shipped to countries other than Hong Kong, China, you will be regarded as an importer locally, and you may need to pay surcharges, various taxes, or register or apply for an import license with the destination for the goods. These fees and documents apply Receipts are subject to the laws of the destination of shipment, and the company cannot control or estimate the amount of such charges, and will not take any legal responsibility for such payments or document claim procedures. If the customer has any questions about the import duties and laws of the country in which they are located, please contact the local customs.

The local customs spot check may delay the delivery time due to the spot check of the customer's order. The process generally takes about 3 to 12 weeks. However, the company has no right to intervene in the customs action, and the time required for it cannot be determined. The company is not responsible for any delays caused.
When you click "Confirm" to complete the order process, you accept and agree to be responsible for all surcharges, taxes or import documentation claims for shipping the ordered goods.

Because paying surcharges, various taxes, or registering the goods to the destination of delivery or applying for an import license, etc. all involve the import laws of the local country, we must truthfully report the value of the goods, and some countries even require Attach details of the contents, including documents of the value of the goods, to the outside of the package for customs clearance. Therefore, under no circumstances can we adjust the value of the goods on the customs declaration documents according to the customer's request.

Due to shipping restrictions, some products may not be available for overseas shipping. Including: liquid products with a single capacity of more than 100ml, powder and alcohol-containing products.

Delivery time
Items purchased by the customer, such as non-pre-order products, will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is confirmed and paid.

Orders in Hong Kong: Orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days after they are shipped. The general delivery time is from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, and the dispatcher will usually call the recipient to arrange collection before delivery.

Orders from overseas regions: The delivery time varies depending on the region. Normally, it will be delivered within 7 – 14 working days after the order is dispatched.

If you need to deliver on the specified date, please indicate it in the "Remarks" before checkout, but our store does not guarantee that it can be shipped according to the customer's wishes. For any enquiries, please contact our customer service staff during office hours.

If we find that the information is incorrect, we will notify you by email to confirm the recipient's information before posting, but the delivery time will be delayed.

Other notices
1. All delivery services are applicable to commercial and residential addresses, PO boxes and postal codes are not accepted.

2. The delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, region or other factors, and the delivery time will be arranged separately. The company will not make any further notice.

3. After the payment is completed, the company will arrange the posting as soon as possible during office hours. After the goods are shipped, the email address filled in by the customer will receive an email from the system notifying the customer of the delivery date and tracking number (if applicable) of the package.

4. The goods must be signed for delivery. If there is no one to sign when the goods are delivered to the recipient address, the guest can request for re-delivery, and the cost of arranging for re-delivery will be borne by the recipient.

5. Please check the goods when receiving the goods. If they are damaged, please directly reject them or request to return them to the sender.

6. The delivery address of the goods is based on the address filled in by the guest. If the address provided by the guest is inaccurate and the delivery is delayed or lost, we will not be responsible.

7. If the order includes in-stock and pre-ordered or out-of-stock products, the pre-ordered or out-of-stock products will be arranged to be shipped together after they arrive. If the customer requests to send the goods first, the company will charge an additional full shipping fee.

8. If the item or quantity of the goods received does not match the order, please call the customer service department within 2 working days after receiving the goods. The company will verify the delivery process with the logistics company. If it is lost or damaged during delivery by the logistics company , we will seek compensation from the logistics company, and the whole process will take about 14 working days. It is difficult to provide further cooperation for cases that are contacted over time.

9. If the waybill shows that the goods have been delivered but the goods have not been received, the customer can check with the neighbors and the building management office first, or call the logistics courier for further investigation. At the same time, the customer can contact the company within 3 working days of the delivery date, and the company will trace it to the logistics provider. Since Standard Delivery does not provide any receipt and premium services, the company will not refund or resend the order if it fails to trace or retrieve the order.

10. For orders that are not successfully delivered, the company will contact the customer by email to arrange re-delivery, and will charge additional shipping costs.

11. In any case, if the product is rejected and returned to the company, we will charge the relevant shipping fee (including outbound and return shipping), handling fee and return order processing fee (15% of the total order amount), and the balance will be returned to the customer . All refunds will be processed after the goods have been successfully returned to our company. If there is any defect in the way of returning the goods, the company will not refund.

12. The delivery arrangements for all orders are subject to the availability of the relevant goods. We will notify you by email if we are unable to provide any product or service on your order.
